How information is handled when you visit this site, contact support or use the game.
1. Game Data Stored on Your Device
City state, in-game currencies, achievements, tutorial progress, revenue receipts, sound and language settings, and similar data are stored on your device to resume play and provide game features.
There is no game-specific account registration or save synchronization with an operator server. The operator does not use independent telemetry to collect city state or gameplay activity. Device and operating system backups follow the settings and policies of their providers.
You must choose and save an age group on first use. The ad protection age group (under 13, 13–17 or 18 and older) is stored on your device. Your date of birth is not collected. The corresponding protection settings are passed to the ad service; ads are not loaded before an age group is selected. You can change it under Menu → Ad Age Settings. This selection is separate from consent Google may request.
2. Advertising Services
The public app uses Google AdMob banner ads and optional rewarded video ads. Ads require a network connection. You can continue building your city when ads cannot be displayed because of connectivity or availability.
According to Google, its advertising software may collect an IP address and approximate location inferred from it, device and other identifiers, ad impressions and interactions, and diagnostics and performance information. Google and other advertising service providers use such information for ad delivery, analysis and improvement. Actual handling depends on settings and device permissions. Non-personalized ads and test ads do not mean that no information is collected.
The app requests non-personalized ads for every age group and sets the ad content rating to G. It specifies child-directed treatment for under-13 users and treatment as under the age of consent for ages 13–17. Publisher first-party ID for ad personalization is disabled. The app does not request permission to use Apple’s advertising identifier (IDFA). Non-personalized ads still involve data processing for purposes such as measurement and fraud prevention.
When Google determines it is necessary, a consent form or an Ad Settings entry in Menu is displayed. This depends on region and Google’s determination and is not shown to everyone at all times. Contact us if you have difficulty reviewing your choices.

3. Support Information
When you email support, we use the sender address, name if included, message and attachments to respond and investigate problems. You do not need to send passwords or verification codes.
We use Google’s Gmail for support. See Google’s Privacy Policy for the email service’s data handling.
We aim to delete support information approximately 3 months after the inquiry is resolved. Where continued support or legal retention is required, we retain it only for the necessary period.
4. Retention and Deletion
Game saves are kept on your device. The operator cannot remotely delete or restore them. Deleting them may cause loss of your city, in-game currencies, unlocks and achievements.
- iPhone and iPad app data: Apple describes deleting an app and related data through Settings → General → iPhone Storage (or iPad Storage) → the app → Delete App. Offload App keeps documents and data. See Apple’s explanation.
- Operating system backups: These are handled separately from app deletion. Review iCloud or computer backups according to their settings and the provider’s instructions.
- Information sent to support: Email the contact above with enough information to identify the inquiry, such as its date. We verify your request to the extent necessary and respond. If legal obligations or other reasons prevent deletion, we explain why.
- Advertising service information: Follow the management and deletion guidance in Google’s Privacy Policy. Deleting your support emails does not delete all information held by Google.
5. Children
The game is intended for a broad range of ages, including children. If you are unsure about sending personal information, consult a parent or guardian. Parents and guardians can also contact the email address above about support or information deletion.
6. This Website
This page has no independent analytics, advertising or input forms. Email links open your email app; simply viewing the page does not send a support email.
The site is delivered using Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process information such as IP addresses, network routes and device system configuration to deliver pages and maintain security. 7. Policy Changes
When this policy changes, we update this page and its revision date. Before starting new information handling, we update the explanation and seek consent where required.
